We love our volunteers!
Kelowna's Gospel Mission has a great team of volunteers that range from individuals to large groups. Every week church, school, civic and corporate groups come to the Mission to help provide meals, shelter and more!
Corporate, civic and school groups love to help at the Gospel Mission as it fosters a sense of teamwork within their own organization. 
There are many volunteer opportunities at KGM. Our volunteers help prepare and serve the over 400 meals that we provide everyday. Volunteers also share their time and talents in our thrift store, clothing bank, our barber shop, even with event planning,graphic design, housekeeping and office assistance.
Not all help occurs at our Leon Ave location. Many school and corporate groups get creative and hold their own fundraisers and then donate the proceeds to the Gospel Mission. Every dollar helps! 
Kelowna's Gospel Mission is proud to have been nominated as a finalist for Volunteer Organization of the Year, 2011. The award is to acknowledge outstanding contribution for the greatest benefit on Kelowna residents. We are so proud of our volunteers, and honored to be recognized.
