Our thrift store hours have changed from 9am to 4pm to 10am to 5pm. This should release stress on the door caused by all the banging after 4pm!!! 

Our Stone Soup Chef competition has been a blast with all the top chefs and local celebrities in our kitchen. They have turned all of us into soup critics! Get your tickets to the Gala on March 20^th at www.stonesoupchef.com .

Sticking to the soup topic, the staff is presenting our 5^th annual “Soup, Sandwich and Silent Auction”. This will take place on Sunday March 28^th from 1pm until 2:30pm. You can get your tickets from our office or the store at a suggested donation of $5. We are raising money to make over our dorm bathroom. This is a fun event to bring your friends and family to. Our auction items include, Starbucks gift packs, $20 Second Cup gift certificate, a Dynatour golf club (I think it’s a driver but I’m not too golfy so you will have to come and check it out!) worth $75, an Oral B Triumph toothbrush worth $160 and a framed picture and hockey card of Jerome Iginla in his Flames Jersey (you will have to outbid my daughter for this one!!).  I will keep you posted as more items pour in.
