Kelowna's Gospel Mission Dental Clinic provides necessary dental care to individuals who are experiencing dental pain or infection, and who cannot afford treatment in a private clinic.
The Gospel Mission Dental Clinic serves low income families and seniors, those on assistance as well as the homeless and working poor. Untreated dental problems become increasingly painful until they affect one's health and well-being.
How do I become eligible?
The Dental Administrator will review your refferal forms and advise you if you qualify. When you are accepted, you are eligible to receive dental appointments. You will be required to complete and Income Assessment form for you and your spouse/partner. it requires proof of taxable income. Please bring copies of the families Notice of Assessment from revenue Canada. The get proof of a taxable income, please call 1-800-959-8281.
