Reporting to the Frontline Supervisors for Nights, the primary purpose of this position is to provide a safe and secure environment for the homeless in Kelowna and those at risk of homelessness.  The Male Frontline Worker – Nights helps to keep order (particularly in the male dorm) and identify those who need assistance including drug, alcohol, and emotional problems.  There is a significant amount of janitorial work.
