Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, the primary purpose of this position is to keep the men’s & women’s dorm, administration offices and dental clinic clean & tidy. The main responsibilities are: Dorm Coordination; Housekeeping; Janitorial; Stats and Ordering of Supplies. Overall assistance to frontline staff is another key responsibility, including sometimes working on the floor of the Emergency Shelter. Click job title for more information.

Reporting to the Frontline Supervisors for Nights, the primary purpose of this position is to provide a safe and secure environment for the homeless in Kelowna and those at risk of homelessness.  The Female Frontline Worker – Nights helps to keep order (particularly in the female dorm) and identify those who need assistance including drug, alcohol, and emotional problems.  There is a significant amount of janitorial work.
