Join Us for the 13th Annual Strides Kelowna Event!

Kelowna’s Gospel Mission invites you to lace up your shoes and get ready for an inspiring day of community, compassion, and challenge. Whether you’re a runner, a walker, or someone who wants to support a team by making a donation, we welcome you to participate in our 13th Annual Strides Kelowna event. Choose your challenge: a 2K walk, a 5K walk or run, or a 10K run. Let’s make strides together for change in our community.

Event highlights

50/50 Raffle : Bring cash or credit to participate in our 50/50 raffle.

Hydration Station : Stay hydrated! Bring your water bottles and refill them at our stations.

Complimentary Fresh & Healthy Food : Enjoy delicious gourmet sandwiches and wraps, sponsored by J’s Cafe, served at the end of your walk/run.

Exclusive Strides Running Shirts : Registered participants will receive a long-sleeve running shirt while supplies last. Don’t miss out!

Combating Stigma: Walk or run alongside corporate partners, donors, community members, and the very people we serve, breaking down barriers and addressing the stigma associated with homelessness.

Minimum Donation : Walk-ins are welcome on the day of the event with a minimum donation of $20 per person to receive a shirt.
